About Me + My Approach

I'm a depth-oriented coach, mentor, educator, researcher and mindfulness facilitator. Supporting people with uncommon intensity and complexity in coming home to deeper relationship with self, others and life itself is the heart of my work. I bring over 30 years of study and experience that is transdisciplinary and centered in compassion, curiosity and creativity.

My own journey has been a circuitous and challenging one. Discovering neurodivergence and mindfulness as an adult were transformative for me in my own growth and healing process, as well as in supporting my family. This intersection became the focus of my work and led me to begin curating knowledge, skills and experience in ways that were outside traditional education. Eventually, this became an embodied, experiential way of learning (and being) that I continue to work from.

In 2019, I founded the Gifted Mindfulness Collective in partnership with InterGifted to adapt contemplative practices to support gifted growth and wellbeing. More recently, Jungian and post-Jungian depth work including embodied imagination, feminine psychology, dreams, archetypes and myth have been integral to my process. In alignment with this, I will begin Jungian Analyst training at the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts in September 2025.

I am fortunate to have been supported by many people along the way, and to have come into relationship with a life-forward energy—an entelechy guiding me in the direction of meaning, coherence, and purpose. While my understanding of this inner guidance was not always clear, over time it has revealed a deeper telos—an unfolding clarity of purpose that shapes how I live and work. It is this telos that guides me in supporting other intense and complex seekers in finding their way.

My Approach

I see coaching as a co-creative journey that supports individuals in getting in touch with their unique constellation of traits, deepening their sense of self, and engaging with life in more skillful and meaningful ways. My approach is grounded in the process of entelechy—the life-forward intelligence within each person for their own becoming, and is attuned to how intensity and complexity are shaping this unfolding.

To support this process, I use a holistic approach that honours the full spectrum of one's inner life—the embodied, emotional, creative, intellectual, intuitive and existential intelligences, as well as the known and yet-to-be-known aspects of the self. I draw on a range of practices including dialogue rooted in deep listening, embodied mindfulness, creative expression (such as journaling and art), active imagination, dreamwork, myth, and body-oriented focusing.

The people I work with tend to have experience with traditional therapy and are feeling drawn to go deeper in their journey. They are ready to take an active, reflective role in their process and are curious about working in more creative and holistic ways. In this way, sessions become a meeting ground for tending the depths of one's inner life and offering space for new insights and forms of expression to emerge.
