About Me
I am a depth-oriented coach, mentor, educator, researcher and mindfulness facilitator passionate about personal growth and living in right relationship. I offer over 30 years of training and experience that is transdisciplinary and centered on compassion, curiosity and creativity.
My journey has been a circuitous and challenging one. Discovering neurodivergence and mindfulness as an adult were transformative for me in my own growth and healing process, as well as in supporting my family. The intersection of giftedness and autism have been, and continue to be, an important focus in my work. In 2019, I founded the Gifted Mindfulness Collective in partnership with InterGifted to explore and adapt contemplative practices to support gifted growth and wellbeing. More recently, Jungian and post-Jungian depth work including embodied imagination, feminine psychology, dreams and myth have been integral to my development.
I am fortunate to have been supported by many wise and generous people along the way, as well as to be aware of a personal telos — an inner life-forward energy guiding me in connection with a deep sense of meaning and purpose (although my understanding of and relationship with this was certainly not always clear!). It is my privilege to be able to support other intense and complex seekers in finding their way.

"There is a vitality, a life force … that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. … It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open."
Martha Graham
My Approach
I see coaching as a co-creative journey that supports a person in getting in touch with their unique constellation of traits, embodying their wholeness of being, and engaging in life with more skillfulness, meaning and life-forward energy. I embrace development within the process of entelechy — each person's inner pattern for their unique path, and use a variety of approaches to foster this discovery and expression. Approaches include: dialogue, mindfulness, creative expression such as journaling or art, active imagination, dreamwork, myth, and body-oriented focusing.
